As the Medical Director of Seminole County EMS/Fire Departments, Dr. Husty leads the EMS Medical Direction division. His guidance ensures consistent ongoing face to face training, maintenance of emergency treatment parameters and the implementation of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practices. This optimization of efficiency and effectiveness results in prompt and high-quality medical care for every patient.
In the Correctional Health Care Management division, Dr. Husty's team at TMHDO is dedicated to delivering exceptional care within correctional facilities. Through compliance with regulations and the implementation of best practices, TMHDO achieves significant cost savings while ensuring that every inmate receives the proper medical assessment.

Mark Wechsler, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in Emergency Medicine, Correctional Medicine, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).
With over 20 years of experience in various healthcare settings, including pre hospital EMS, hospitals, emergent care facilities, correctional facilities and MAT clinics, Mark has extensive expertise in system development, providing healthcare, training and QA/QI for these healthcare systems.
Mr. Wechsler is an integral member of TMHDO LLC, working closely with Dr. Husty in both the EMS Medical Direction and Correctional Health Care Management divisions. With his expertise and dedication, Mr. Wechsler contributes to the optimization of Seminole County's EMS system through the consistent ongoing face to face training, maintenance of emergency treatment parameters and the implementation of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practices.
