International Experience - Local Solutions

With 40 Years of EMS Experience

Not everyone does so in a non-punitive environment. We have discovered through our experience that quality management requires constant interaction in a system that focuses on improvement not on punitive measures.

EMS Medical Direction

Quality

We strongly believe that true quality management only occurs within a dedicated to improving, ever changing, non-punitive system. Our managed EMS systems are regularly recognized as superseding the standard for EMS care.

Training

Our training approach involves regular face-to-face sessions with all our troops, enabling us to gather valuable insights for quick improvements. We prioritize empowering Fire/EMS personnel to think critically, fostering a proactive mindset beyond blindly adhering to protocols.

Integral Coordination

Our services encompass comprehensive coordination and regular quality improvement meetings, bringing together Fire/EMS management, hospitals, and support staff. These meetings are conducted regularly and frequently to ensure effective communication and optimal collaboration across all involved parties.

This approach has been thoroughly tested and demonstrated success for over 40 years, both in small-scale and large-scale systems.

SEMINOLE COUNTY EMS - ADVANCED PROTOCOLS IN ACTION

Two years ago just seven days past her 23rd birthday young mom Kathy Strickland went into cardiac arrest at work, this was not a typical cardiac arrest call not only because of her age but the arrhythmia. . .

. . . "what this patient was experiencing is so rare most have never seen outside of training 26 years it's only the second time that I've seen the rhythm of Torsades de Pointes also referred to as sudden death," Dale Stevens, Paramedic SCFD

The call could have ended very differently for the A shift at station 34 if not for swift diagnosis and teamwork. It's getting to the patient and being able to recognize the type of rhythm and being able to treat her, it is what made the difference and also us working as a crew together.
